LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
Guides
Luca
Hi, my name is Luca Montagnoli, and I’ve been an AMM (Mid-Mountain Guide) since 2025. Co-founder of Hikaya, my guiding career is deeply rooted in my hometown of Tremosine and the upper Garda area.
I believe that mountain walking isn’t just a sport, but an opportunity to observe nature from multiple perspectives—a journey through the environment, history, culture, and the relationship between people and the land. With Hikaya, I’m committed to promoting our mountains, describing them from the perspective of the people who live there. With these values, I approach any place with the respect a local would.
In my free time, I frequent the mountains as a hiker, climber, and occasionally enjoy via ferratas. My preference in the mountains has always been for slow, thoughtful movement, rather than fast, adrenaline-filled adventures.

Stefania
I’m Stefania, born and raised in Limone sul Garda, surrounded by mountains and Lake Garda. Co-founder of Hikaya, I’ve always been in touch with the mountains, and I consciously approached them at the age of 25, falling madly in love with them.
Completing the training program at the Lombardy Regional Alpine Guides’ College allowed me to broaden my knowledge of the mountain environment, delving into its geology, botany, fauna, and weather. I’m here to share my experience and enthusiasm with anyone who wants to tackle the mountains with confidence and peace of mind.
I aim to open the doors to this world, which offers unique and unforgettable experiences, to those who don’t yet know it or to those who want to learn more, and create memories you’ll always cherish!

Vincenzo
I’m the oldest member of the group, a medium-mountain guide since 2012.
Born in a farming family, I traveled these mountains far and wide before deciding to become a guide.
“Forest Traveler” I try to describe these landscapes and the human and natural stories they bring with them, with the profound sense of the mountaineer who is also its guardian.
First a cycling enthusiast (MTB but especially road), when I’m not walking I now dedicate myself to mountain running.
